Regarding Account Settings in YARPP Pro

I installed YARPP today on https://www.thinkscholar.com, and when I am updating account settings, there I need to fill Taxpayer ID (SSN or EIN), but I am from India, we don’t have SSN or EIN here, we have Pan Card Number which is used by Govt.

Also on the same page, under payment method, I have option to select only International (Wire), other options are disabled. So how will I get payout from sponsored ads? I meant you are not taking any account number or bank details, then how?
