Regal theme by Inkthemes Banner issues

One of the theme options for Regal theme is to upload your own banner. So I did, in the exact dimensions suggested. The only problem is, it’s only showing up on ONE page. This is ridiculous. Can someone tell me how to get it to show up on every single page? Anyone familiar with Regal theme, or ink themes?
