refuse comments by keyword/url

Ok, I know that under the discussion settings I can setup a blacklist by keyword or the like, and those comments just go straight to the trash. Thats not quite what I’m looking for.

Is there a plugin that when a comment contains something from the list (such as a particular URL) the commenter is told “you cannot post this comment due to that site being spam” or the like? And the comment isn’t sent through at all?

I’ve tried searching, but it keeps coming back to the discussion settings and I can’t tell if there isn’t such a thing or if I’m not using the right words for searching.
