    Hi there,

    Here’s what is happening:

    • The order status is set to processing or pending payment, and we want to issue a full or partial refund
    • I try to refund, but it throws an error message 817 when i try to refund via paytrace (in the statuses of processing, completed, and pending payment)
    • the only way we can do this is setting the status to refund, which automatically refunds the whole thing BUT it does not refund automatically through our payment gateway (PayTrace)

    How can I a) issue a partial refund b) have this refund go through PayTrace automatically? Right now, it is simply changing the status from Processing to Refunded – not actually refunding
