    Past version what I usually did:
    1) Partially refund for shipping only, then mark order as refunded. Order stays “partially refunded” with the status refunded
    Now:
    1) Partially refund the order for product only
    2) Change order to refunded
    3) Woocommerce refunds whole order.
    Already lost some money for refunded shipping.
    Please fix this asap. Very very inconvenient.

    2nd issue, when I fully refund with the shipping by clicking refund button and clicking Refund order STILL stays as processing and doesn’t change status as it used to.
    Great plugin, but things like this when changed without a notice cost money

    ‘refunded’ status should only be used for FULLY REFUNDED orders. Otherwise, no status change is needed.

    Partial refunds should leave status alone, otherwise other plugins which check order status will think the order is refunded fully.

    Also, FYI if you change order status to refunded, it will be a ‘manual’ refund. The money won’t be returned to the user.

    You are right! I should’ve checked the merchant account before posting, refund for shipping was in fact manual when I switched status to refunded.
