Refunds Not Processing / Authorizing Payment Under Wrong Name

Hello,
I’m hoping you can help me quickly. I just went live with my site and this new processor and I have two issues;
1. Refunds aren’t processing from WooCommerce. I’ve sent a partial and full refund from WooCommerce about 40 minutes ago and it’s not appearing in Paypal. I’ve received the emails from WooCommerce that the refunds were processed but nothing actually happens. I tried another Paypal plugin last week in my staging environment and the same thing was happening. Would you know why?2. It appears that transactions are being pre-authorized under my first name “LISA”. I’ve seen this personally with my Amex card. How do I change that to my business name?
