Refunds not processing

  • The plugin works great for processing payments on orders but when I go to process refunds the order page freezes up and the refund isn’t processed, how can I fix this?

    Thanks for your post. Could you please let me know the versions of the following you’re using on your site?
    – WordPress
    – WooCommerce
    – NMI Payment Gateway

    I just tried a refund on my test site and it went through with no problems. I’d like to try and match your config and see if I can recreate your issue.
