Refunds Functionality Not Working

  • Hello,
    Maybe I missed something but while my transactions are processing fine, none of the refunds I’ve processed through WP > WooCommerce > Orders have actually gone through (although my customers are getting email notifications of such). Is this how this plugin is supposed to function?

    If you could kindly let me know ASAP, that would be great. I was about to go live but I see products that are often returned for a refund so this functionality is critical.
