Refunds don't seem to work

    Testing your plugin and everything seems to work very well except refunds don’t seem to process. I’ve done some actual purchases (for $1) in live mode and everything goes through fine with those, but when I try to issue refunds, it appears to complete the transaction, but the system shows a refund amount of $0.00 when I’ve actually input the full amount that was paid.

    I’ve been using an AMEX card for testing.

    Ahh…I see where a refund won’t post anything unless the payment has actually gone through. It appears clicking “refund” actually voids the order and payment when it’s still in “pending mode.” That’s actually very elegant but it would be a nice addition if the plugin was able to indicate that. A very minor thing but it threw me until I read and dug a little more.

    I will monitor the card to make sure it actually gets voided and report back if there are any other problems! Thanks

    Hi Chris Blair,

    Yes The refunds works only for Settled transaction else a VOID

    with 1- Auth and Capture later , 2- Capture Then from Admin dashboard , 3 Refund then leads to VOID as transaction was not settled earlier

    You can see order notes describing type of transaction.
