Actually, the refund was issued; it uses to take between 2-10 days to be reflected in your CC statement.
I’m very sorry to see that you’re disapointed and angry, actually, our refund policy is very clear. Due the nature of the product we issue refunds only on some cases, this was one of those cases that we made the decision of refund the order, even though that one of your reason was that the plugin was not compatible with the following plugins BuddyPress Compliments, Buddy Progress Bar,(BuddyDev) BuddyPress Poke, Buddypress Profile Views.
Sorry, but we’re not advertising we are compatible with those plugin. We’re a different plugin and we don’t have to be compatible with those plugins, this is not advertised anywhere.
Just to recap:
You purchase the plugin, then after you’re realized that the plugin was giving you issues with the mentioned plugin you made the decision to leave a bad review just because we’re not compatible with BuddyPress, then you’ve asked for a refund about 7 days ago, we issued your refund.
Again, your refund was issued and we wish you the best.
Just for your information: Refunds might take up to 10 days. So.. we’re within a a reasonable time-frame.
