    Hi,

    Do we able to track refunds. As you know we can refund the amount to customer from admin page.

    We appreciate you starting this thread.

    Yes, both Universal Analytics and Google Analytics 4 automatically track the refund using the Conversios plugin.

    You might need to update the API secret key that makes the COnversios plugin’s refund tracking possible. This is something you can easily do from the plugin settings.
