    Version 1.0.15 

    I’m using this plugin on a test site. I defined a product and bought it with a 100% discount code. Now, when I hit the ‘refund’ option, it gives this error.

    Thank you for this information, however, may I ask you to attach a screenshot of this error? In previous messages, I don’t see any screenshot or content of the error and this will certainly help to find the source of the problem.

    May I ask you to upgrade the plugin to version 1.0.16, which we released a few days ago? In addition, please take a peek at the WooCommerce → Status → Logs tab if there are any errors related to the Flexible Refunds plugin here.
