    Hi, great plugin.
    However, there is an issue.
    If a customer purchases an item (for example £9.99) and a free product is added via “give away products’ section of your plugin (which has no additional cost), then once customer is refunded £9.99, then order status does not automatically change to ‘refunded’.
    This is because the system thinks its a partial refund (although the whole order £9.99 is refunded).
    Is there a fix for this?

    We understand your concern. As per our understanding, this is the default functionality of WooCommerce, it doesn’t alter the order status automatically when refunds are made. The admin will have to manually change the order status to “refunded”. You can check the scenario by deactivating our plugin too. Thanks for understanding.
