• Since purchase we have received no communication or support from the developers. As the product could not give the expected results, we have had to use another solutions and therefore request a full refund. Can someone advise how to obtain this please?

    I’m in the same boat … no communications let alone any support whatsoever since purchase = March 04, 2019.

    Yes we have provided evidence to our Credit Card company of all attempts to contact with dates etc. What’s unfortunate is that their site is linked to from a number of referral sites and people are still able to purchase it, so they will all end up in the same unfortunate position.
