Refund requested but no response.

  • I bought this plugin but it doesn’t have the functions that I want. It says 30 days money back guarantee and I have requested the refund once I realized it doesn’t serve my requirement within hours of purchase. Asked for refund from webtoffee website twice and I have the have tickets, no response from them. Hoping to get at least an acknowledge.
