    I requested a refund within the 14 days window. Then I received a survey, which I kindly filled out. Now, it has been around 10 days since my first request on this ticket. I have followed the steps and timeframes. Please, do not delay with any more requests for information or surveys. Honor my request for a refund.

    Looking at the ticket #4119183, your refund was processed. As you paid with PayPal, you should see the refund in your account immediately.
