Refund request no reply on Asana.com

Hi,
I wrote to you twice on Asana.com about a refund request, since the Auto add products to cart extension does not work as I expected. I have not received a reply for more than a week now for two emails one through support one through the contact menu. Since I did not find another way to reach you, I am writing here hoping to get a reply on a public channel.
