• I purchased a developer license bundle 5 days ago and my order on the Supsystic website is still listed as pending. I have yet to be able to license or use any of the plugins I purchased. The license key provided is invalid.

    I’ve contacted the vendor every day since the purchase through their contact us form. Each time, I get acknowledgement that my request was received. Other than that, i have not received any communication from their support team.

    I was really looking forward to using the data table generator. But, based on their lack of response, I’m not even sure they are still in business.

    This has been a really frustrating and disappointing experience. Based on their performance in this case, I could not recommend any purchases from this vendor.

    At this point, I have no choice but to contact my credit card company and enter a dispute claim.
