Refund refussal

I have not used this plugin in over 7 months as I found it quite buggy, without any notice they charge my credit card $59 USD 1 year from the date of initial purchase and refuse to process a refund.
Also, you can’t cancel the subscription yourself you have to email their support to cancel it for you.

Their response when you email them for a refund is a generic email of their terms and conditions.
