    REFUND POLICIY DOESN’T WORK > 30-Day Money Back Guarantee Not Working > Support Never Responds. I have written twice to [email protected] and have not received any response, not even a confirmation of receipt. I have also reached out on the company’s LinkedIn—no response there either. Additionally, I have written twice to support through this forum and still have received no response.

  • Unfortunately, I have the same problem, after 3 e-mails I have not received any message. I have to report the matter to the bank and the police.
