    Why don’t they give me a refund even if I send an email? Do you ignore some of them? If you do not properly refund, your behavior will be reviewed on the Internet. I am legitimately asking for a refund. Your program is English-based. I am on a Korean site. I would like a refund because your program does not work. Please refund me right away.
