Refund not able to be processed from Woocommerce

No, it hasn’t been disabled, and we haven’t had any other reports of this problem. Do you have any other plugins or anything that would be doing something with refund options, by chance?

Thanks. I do not have any other plugins to do with refunds. Here is the HTML from the inspector and seems to be read only for some reason:

There has to be something else causing that. Our plugin would not be doing that.

Either that or something about WooCommerce in general that is not allowing a refund on your order(s) for some reason.

Our plugin simply provides the functions necessary to process the refund based on data entered into that form, so if something is keeping you from even entering data into that form it must be getting caused elsewhere.

I really haven’t seen that happen myself, and I haven’t had any other reports of this ever, so it’s tough to say what could be causing it. I’ll see what I can find out, though.

So to confirm, you can’t even “refund manually” right now..??

Correct, I am unable to do any refund as I am unable to even enter the refund amount.

Correct. No issues with current version on our test servers, my own live sites, and no reports from other users about this being a problem.

The manual refund would be a feature of WooCommerce out of the box without any gateway plugin at all, so you’ve definitely got something else going on causing that.
