Refund for Pro Version Please

    Hello and thank you for the great plugin.

    I liked it so much, I wanted to pay you for the pro version and unlock some features.

    Turns out the exact features I wanted are not what I expected and I don’t need the pro version.

    I’d like a refund, please.

    Specifically, when you go to the options tab, there is a column that is titled “Belongs to”. I thought this would tell me which options belonged to which plugins so I could easily delete options from plugins I no longer use. This is not what it does. After upgrading, this column just says “uncategorized” for all options. I feel scammed.

    Also, maybe it’s a bug, but the tables and options tab just say 0 for all categories. Orphans, plugins, themes, and wp options all say 0. That seems wrong.

    If these are bugs, please help me fix them, if not or if they can’t be fixed, please give me a refund.

    First, I just want to let you know that supporting the premium version is prohibited in this forum.

    After reading your message, I was able to see that you did not follow the right steps. Please sent me an email to sigmaplugin[at]gmail.com and I will show you how to use the plugin and categorize you items correctly.

    If you are not satisfied about results, you will get a refund of course.

    I couldn’t find any other support, so I came here.

    There is no place with “steps” to set up the pro version, other than the regular uploading, activating, and adding the license number.

    Thank you for offering to help me, I have sent you an email asking for further instructions.

    I just received an email that said to click the “Detect Orphan Options” button in order to scan and categorize each option.

    If you were confused, like I was, click that button. ??
