    Hi,

    With any order it is possible to refund f.i when an order has been cancelled. For some reason it is no longer possible to refund any amount. I can select the refund field, but when i type any amount the field remains empty (see link). There is no error message. It is possible to change status to canceled, but the the following notice appears ‘Order could not be canceled at Mollie, because order status is paid.’. I had to manually refund through Mollie dashboard, where I was able, until now, to refund with Mollie via Woocommerce order refund.
    Any suggestions what might be causing this problem and how to fix it?

    Hi there,

    The field you’re referring to is read-only; It “reads” the values of the product line items. Practically this means that you want to change the amounts next to each product line item in order for that field to be populated:

    Thanks for your reply and clear explanation. Until now we have never used the refund option in that way (we could always enter the refund amount manually; was this option removed with a WC update?). I have successfully managed to refund the way you have explained/suggested. Thanks very much.

    The UI change was indeed brought about in a recent update to WooCommerce – I believe it was either 3.6 or 3.7.
