Refund Failed with Swish Payment

    Hello Team,

    We are using this plugin for reciving payments.

    It works great, for reciving payment. But when we try to refund an error is reported and the refund is cancelled.

    No debug logs were noted during this process.

    Hello @devdyna,

    Thank you for reaching out to us. In order to troubleshoot this we’d need some more information from you. Here is how you can do this:

    – In the Swish plugin settings – enable logging (the very bottom of the settings)
    – Try to refund the WooCommerce order again.
    – Head to WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs, find the log called woo-swish-ecommerce and send the log over to [email protected]
