Refund Failed: No transaction ID

    Hi again,

    I am still in Test Mode. A test purchase with the number 7000000 worked and shows up in orders: https://ibb.co/pyGTPNR

    When trying to refund, the button offers to refund 0,00€ and I cannot modify: https://ibb.co/F6BdJCg When clicking the button, the error message “Refund Failed: No transaction ID” https://ibb.co/4sy8q5M appears.

    Is this due to Test Mode? Or how can I refund the 1.21€ of the test purchase?

    I did not try “pasar a produccion” en Redsys Admin Panel yet as it states “Atención, no tienes ninguna devolución autorizada en los últimos 30 dias”.

    Hi @dkrahl,

    You need to set the number of products/items to refund. First press the up button under the Qty, and then press the refund button.

    Thank you Jose, the refund amount shows now correctly.

    When clicking the button, it states “Are you sure you wish to process this refund? This action cannot be undone.” ->OK->”Refund Failed: No transaction ID“. Is this due to test mode?

    Ok, @dkrahl

    I think it is a bug. Add the live SHA256 to the settings, and I think it will work. I’ve to fix the problem. The plugin only checks the live SHA256, so the notification is not validated if it is not set.
