    Hello,

    I was processing an order and as 2 items were out of stock I was processing a partial refund. When I processed it the first time I got an error and it asked me to try again. When I tried again I see that both items were refunded twice. so bought quantity was 1 but refunded quantity was 2 and now the customer is getting twice the payment. Please help with this issue. Can we remove one of the refund?

    I checked your site and it seems that you’re using Stripe for WooCommerce.

    But the refund was processed in woocommerce orders tab to issue the refund. In stripe only the final total refund amount is visible. I will raise an issue there as well. But I feel its something to do with woocommerece app itself.

    Stripe does not allow refunds to be cancelled once processed:

    What was the error you received the first time you tried to process the refund? The Stripe logs show that two refunds in the amount of $3.02 were processed within 16 seconds of one another. There are no errors originating from Stripe therefore it sounds like the error you saw was generated by WooCommerce.

    We just got error processing refund, try again later. just a popup. no error code.

    Hi @sumukhavegito2,

    I’m not sure what error you received but before processing a second refund you should check the transaction on your Stripe dashboard and make sure that the first one wasn’t already successful.

    The error appears to have shown a generic pop-up with no error code and this could be likely due to a conflict on your site. If the error appears again I’d advise performing a conflict test following our guide here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.
