Refund Desired

Hi! I purchased this plugin but it just did not look good when implimented. The menu items were spaced really far apart, no matter how much I played with it, it would not order one of my menu items correctly, putting a category that started with “a” at the end of the alphabetical list, images in the menu area showed behind the menu items as opposed to in the corner on the side…it just did not work for me. Please advise how I can get a refund. Thank you.
