Refund and restock QTY not correct after update order

I have updated to WooCommerce 5.6.0 and WordPress 5.8, I found a issue when doing refund.
When I checked the option to re-stock refund item and refund, the stock QTY restored, BUT if I click the “Update” button for the order, the QTY just restored reduce.
e.g
Item A has QTY.1, then at order admin to refund and re-stock QTY.1 for the order, after click manually refund, the stock QTY becomes 2, up to now which is correct.
BUT if then I click the “Update” button, the item A stock back to QTY.1 and lost the re-stock QTY.
