Refund amount by product rather then order.

I have one question that confused me.
Is it possible to refund amount in woo by product rather then order.
For example:
I have order id: 123 and it has three products namely A, B, C and there prices are 20, 40, 60 respectively.
Now when i refund amount, is there a way to send message that your A or B or C product has been refunded or partially refunded.?
If i refund 30, then considering from bottom, “your product C has been partially refunded” and now new price for A, B , C are 20, 40, 30 respectively.
Again if i refund 40, then considering from bottom, “Your product B and C has been refunded or partially refunded” and now the new price for A, B, C will be 20, 30, 0 respectively.
and so on.
In short, i need somewhat this type of logic in customizing the refund mail. i.e. sending refund mail product wise rather then order wise. Is this possible? Or else some way out?
