Please note that shipping label refunds are typically granted when the label is unused and is not over 30 days old. Also, it will take at least 14 days to process for USPS and at least 31 days for DHL.

When I click those three dots, nothing happens. They just become vertical. There is no refund option. Please let me know what to do.

When I reached out to support the ticket won’t submit bc it keeps saying my store is not connected, but it is. When I go to the page they say to go to, it is connected. What do I do?
