refund

How can I obtain a refund for 10 site purchase? Had problems for a full day and when I purchased the 10 sites it said support listed with features. It did not say forum and if you want better support there is an upsell. I am contacting here because there is nowhere to contact through the updraft site. The purchase receipt has no-reply. I guess I should have looked before purchasing for a contact email. I sent this also through the support forum.
