    I installed this plugin a few weeks ago and it ran a successful restore, but since then when trying to run the restore feature it has not relinked ANY images/pages/products. I contacted support end of last week and have had sluggish replies, one per day, (after paying for premium) and I now just want a refund. This plugin might give peace of mind to some, but I feel you’re stealing peoples money. When they need help trying to get their site back it just isnt there and you’re forcing people to pay for money knowing they need your help. On top of this, you have NO phone number for support or your business, listed anywhere on the web. I also dont trust that you will give me a refund as I have not received a reply, and you have no dedicated customer care department.

    I no longer trust this plugin. David Anderson, can you arrange for a FULL refund URGENTLY please. I now have to rebuild a site due to your plugin not working, and your support person (Bryle) being totally inadequate.

    Also, the support person asked for all logs, which I gave during the first email. I also sent screen shots. He has since asked for a copy of the backups, which will not help in any way as your server config will be totally different and the restore function has worked once (ONLY THE FIRST TIME I RAN IT).

    This is all far too slow for a paid product in business critical situations.
