Refreshing when scrolled down breaks the theme

Whenever I scroll down on my page and then refresh it breaks, scrolling up after this will reveal white page with 20% of the background header. I have no clue what is going on, I checked if it was something I styled or some plugins but none of it causes this, so it must be the theme.
