Refresh/ Reload doesn’t start from top

    Hi!
    Am new to website making,, and i have an issue that when i restart the page if i was mid page / or at the bottom of the page and then i refresh the page it will reload from the same place i was on, it doesn’t start from the top of the page… please assist me how to make it start from the top of the page when i restart in any page on the website.

    Highly appreciate the help (if you can give me step by step how to fix this).

    This is due to the browser, not anything you do in the page itself.
