refresh/leave the page mid-way without affecting attempts

Hello, My website has found out an issue where doing the quiz itself, users can refresh or leave the page mid-way and restart the quiz without affecting the attempt of the quiz E.g. (3 attempts, “when page refreshes without saving or completing quiz”, attempt will be still 3)

is there anyway or Add-ons I can purchase in order to solve issue?
