Refresh On Submit

    Hi,

    I have installed this plugin and it is adding the document to the order which is great. When you load in the document however it duplicates the screen in a random way until you refresh it. Once you have done that it goes back to how it was just with the attachment. I have looked at the other topics where the Refresh Page is selected however I have this selected. I am on version 2.3.8.

    If your website is LIVE, please provide the URL so i can test it where this issue appeared. Me and my team are eager to resolve the issues but it is not easy to regenerate the same problem within our demo environment. I hope you will understand.     Hi,

    The website is https://bylincoln.co.uk. Add a product into your basket and checkout. Upload a file and it changes the format of the screen. I am not sure if there is some conflict with the theme but when you then refresh is goes back to normal with the file attached.

    Dear Andy,

    This conflict is not with your theme, latest WooCommerce version is having some issues with checkout page submission. I will take care of it, please wait for the next update.

    @andycannan i have spent much time on this issue, unfortunately i am unable to reproduce this problem on my demo website. Is it possible if you can reach us through demo website? Latest WooCommerce version is having some issues with page submission, due to payment gateways API responses, all the times outcomes are different. That’s why our plugin’s checkout page submission isn’t working as it should. We recommend other methods instead, checkout page isn’t working smooth for all websites.
