Refresh Not Working

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear your feeds no longer seem to update.

There can be a couple of reasons for this to be happening:

• Your WP-cron has been disabled in your wp-config.php file. Our plugin relies on a properly working WP-cron so please make sure it is enabled. See: https://adtribes.io/can-i-disable-the-wp-cron-and-run-a-server-cron-and-still-use-your-plugin/
• You are running a caching plugin or server-side caching that also caches your product feed. Make sure to flush the caching when you are using any of those and exclude the product feed URL from being cached;
• The plugin is running into a fatal error or possible conflict with one of your other plugins. Can you share the content of your WooCommerce fatal error log of today with us so we can check? This is where you can find those logs:https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/

Last but not least, can you share the plugin debug.log with us so we can checkout your feed configuration and if your feed(s) indeed are no longer refreshing. You can retrieve the debug.log like this: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
