    Hi guys,

We’ve got an external company who manage the warehouse software for a client and they send an updated quantity back to the WooCommerce website via REST if they find there’s a shortfall in order quantity.

They’ve got this all set-up – but the problem we’re having is that the line totals are incorrect as WooCommerce doesn’t update the total, even if a change is made to the quantity in WooCommerce.

Is there a function or method that can force a refresh of the line totals if WooCommerce detects a change to a quantity?

    Thanks,
    Matt

    Hello @somewhatmedia,

This should happen by default, in the StoreFront theme there’s an update button in the cart to refresh the price.

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

I also found this question on StackOverflow which seems to be useful.

Look forward to hearing back from you.
