Refresh Cache not updating my forms

    I have created a new form in Pardot and its not showing up in the worpress plugin.
    I have refreshed my cache in the plugin and saved my settings and it still doesn’t show up.
    I have reset all my settings and re entered my email, password, and user key and still nothing showed up.
    Is there anything else I can try to get the new form to show up?

    Hey @bgould!

    In this case, I’d recommend contacting Pardot support to start with, as I haven’t seen any issues with this before—especially since you followed all the right steps.

    If we find there’s a problem with the plugin, they’ll escalate it, and we’ll get it patched up for you.
