Refined News conflicting with Ultimate Member

Hello,

I am building my WordPress locally to test out all functions. I use Refined News and Ultimate Member plugin and I noticed that Theme is conflicting with Ultimate member that is not allowing to show member directory properly. I ensured that it was not plugin issue. I sorted that out and did the theme and it worked perfectly fine on the original theme it came installed. Does anyone know a work around to this?
