Referrer Policy syntax produces invalid directive

    Hello,
    securityheaders.com reports an invalid directive for the referrer policy header:

    —
    Referrer-Policy We detected an invalid directive, “"strict-origin-when-cross-origin"”.
    —

    Maybe you could fix the duplication of quotation marks in the plugin code? However, the header seems to be accepted by various browsers despite this “typo”.
