Somehow it doesn’t work for us. Here is the coupon code link if you have time to check:

?coupon=sixzero

Please let me know when you grab it as I would like to remove it from the topic. It leads to a live website. Not sure if it means anything but we use AJAX for adding products to the cart. I even try to disable it and use page load but that didn’t do anything.

Manually applied coupon on cart page works ok. When the user is logged in and use the link with the coupon it works ok.

I just tested it. It doesn’t seem to work if linked directly to the homepage, but if you use a link to the shop or a product page it works like this: /shop/?coupon=sixzero

Seems like maybe something on the homepage is maybe blocking/stopping the cookie from being stored.

Unfortunately, this version /shop/?coupon=sixzero didn’t change anything on our side. Do I need to make some edits in the Plugin setting to make this work?

Do you have any insights on what could be blocking cookies? We use the Uncode theme with a tailored version of WPBakery Page Builder to create pages on this website. Could this be a theme related issue or conflict with some of the plugins?

Hope this isn’t too much trouble for you to research or to point us in the right direction.

Seems to work fine for me if I visit /shop/?coupon=sixzero – but not if I visit the home page link at /?coupon=sixzero

Please could you create a support ticket through the plugin so we can look into this further? Just go to the admin page: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wcusage-contact
