Referral tracking?

    How are referrals tracked right now for you?

    There are many ways to track referring domains/traffic. Are you using tracking urls with special parameters or just looking at referring domains?

    I have a similar integration question. My website is still in development, but I am currently planning to track registration leads (for example, user 1 referred users 3 and 7 while user 3 referred users 4, 8 and 12) using the Affiliates plugin, which provides URLs appended with ?id=3 or permalinks /id/3

    Would it be possible to tie in such referral info to your Leads plugin? I am not using Affiliates for sales conversions, just keeping track of who new registered users are referred by. Or is there another way of tracking that would work better? The referral id will be integrated into new post emails, social media share buttons and ad banners.
