Referral points for members

    Hi I updated to the latest version of myCRED and the referral points for members signing up are not coming through for some reason.

    The points for a visit are awarded, but sign ups are not working. It worked with the previous version but for some reason it seems to be bugging out here.

    Hi Gamerclips.

    I assume we are talking about the hook for referrals and not the Invite Anyone plugin connection.

    Try this:

    Enable WP_DEBUG in your wp-config.php file and then attempt to signup using a referral ID that you know has not reached any limit set by you (if set). See what errors (if any) are shown during the signup process.

    If you are talking abou the Invite Anyone plugin however then points are no longer awarded for users registering when BuddyPress is enabled until the user has verified their email address and their account has been “Activated”.
