Referral integration?

Hey guys, Im not sure how to go about this or if you guys have it set up already, but Id love to be able to have a referral program added to this awesome affiliate plugin! Basically, if my current affiliates refer a friend who decides to join, that affiliate will receive a commission. Is that possible? Thanks!
