referral cookies

Hello, is it possible to Set an expiration time for referral cookies (in this way, if the visit and the purchase do not occur in the same session, commissions can still be credited correctly)
Also, is it possible to Choose to assign the commission to the last affiliate who led the user to the site or to the first affiliate associated with that user on a permanent basis.
