Referencing absolute image path?

  • Is there a way to reference an absolute image path in the editor? the only way I see to do this is to edit the HTML to fix the path.

    Also, how do I handle an image being wider then the format used by WordPress? The image width distorts the post page.

  • Whenever I click the “Send to editor” it always gives me absolute path (NOTE: I never use the wysiwyg thing!)

    Resize it, edit it, fix it BEFORE you upload, in an image editor.

    you can also use the plugin “Batch upload” ;-)It will resize images for you!
