ReferenceError: Cannot access ‘O’ before initialization

  • Hi team, I’m getting an error when I try to use anything in Mailpoet. I see this error message

    If i click on any of the other pages like list, subscribers, emails etc. it just has an empty page. I also tried to roll back the mailpoet versions also to no success.

    Hi @jcnyc,

    We believe this could either be a plugin conflict or a caching issue.

    1. Make sure to clear your browser’s cache, and the cache on your site and server, and then try again.
    2. Try to open the wp-admin page in an incognito / Private Browser window and check if the issue persists.
    3. Test for a plugin conflict to rule out any conflicts with other plugins or your theme. You can refer to this article: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/204-how-to-test-for-plugins-conflict
