Reference Glossary all messed up (after update?)

I went to my glossary today (which is no longer being updated and is just there for reference) and now the layout is completely gone. No links, colors or formatting remains. I have no idea what was done, nor do I know how to fix it. Please let me know if this was part of an update and how I can change it back. It took years to build it, I would hate to have to start over.
